    How are your retainers billed?

    Retainers are billed one month in arrears, so you pay after the work is done. All prices are published on this page and exclude VAT.

    Am I tied into a long contract?

    No. There are no long contracts on our retainers, and you can leave at any time.

    How quickly do you respond to requests?

    Within 24 hours, often sooner. You can raise requests by email, by phone or on a weekly call, with no ticket system to wait in.

    What is the difference between a block of hours and a retainer?

    The Welcome Package (4 hours) and the 5 Hour Block Package are one off blocks you use whenever you like. Retainers are ongoing monthly packages, with Grow 360 and Complete adding marketing.

    Is your development work guaranteed?

    Yes. All our development projects come with a 3 month guarantee.

    Which package should I choose?

    Run Lite or Run for ongoing support and updates, Grow 360 (from £2,000) for full marketing support, Complete (from £2,500) to add affiliate marketing and Amazon, or the SEO Retainer (from £1,500) for technical SEO and link building. If you are unsure, get in touch and we will recommend one.
